Pre-Vocational and Vocational Services

Rehabilitation is the ultimate aim of HABB. Accordingly, endeavoring to develop the necessary skills among  individuals/children with special needs, is an essential task of HABB. This is pursued considering their strengths and interests. In this process, there is pre-vocational and vocational development services.

Pre vocational training:

The students of “Hope Autism Bishesayito Biddaloy” participate in music, dance, drawing, playing and other recreational activities. Besides developing their balance and movement, these activities also help their social and interpersonal skills. This also prepares the students to become fit for vocational training.

Vocational training:

The ultimate aim of vocational training is either partial or full rehabilitation of the students. “Hope Autism Bishesayito Biddaloy” supports individuals/children with special needs inintegrating in the mainstream theirfull or partial employment and/or rehabilitation. This training is carried out in several stages aimed at their independence. The trainings include cleaning, computer skills, cooking, baking, sewing, block printing, packaging, candle making, envelop making and household chores etc. All these training are carried out taking into consideration of safety, occupational health and hygiene issues under the full supervision of an expert.
